We just wanted to drop you a note of thanks, and extreme praise. On Wednesday evening we experienced a power outage that started our stand-by genset, but went unreported. Then the genset ran out of fuel. When we came in the next morning we weren’t able to restore normal power, and with no fuel In our tank, we called your office for an “emergency” delivery. In the meantime, we transacted business manually not knowing that your fuel delivery would arrive within 30 minutes of our call.
